Departing from Airport Zaventem
Trains leave from the airport to Bruxelles Midi station every 20 minutes. At Bruxelles Midi change to underground tram (see chart below - PDF). Total travel time Zaventem - Avenue Albert 126 is approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Taxi is usually quicker (20-30 minutes, costs around 25 - 30 Euro).

Nearest train station
- From Bruxelles Midi take the underground tram nr. 3 in the direction of Churchill or - on the same platform - the underground tram nr. 4 in the direction of Stalle.
The tram takes 7 minutes from Midi to Berkendael and leaves every 10 minutes from Midi.
- Alight at the fifth stop called Berkendael (the first station after the tram comes above the ground).
- You are then in Avenue Albert and you will find nr. 126 on the left side 50 metres away.
Note: Bruxelles Midi to Paris Gare du Nord takes 1h 50 minutes by train (Thalys = TGV). The train leaves almost every hour (reservations are compulsory).
Nearest metro station: Porte des Halles / Hallepoort
- Change to the underground tram lines 3 (direction Churchill) or 90 (direction Rogier). Continue as stated above.
From Place Stephanie (CECED office)
- Take tram nr. 91 or 92 southbound towards Avenue Brugman. Alight at the stop Darwin. 100 metres ahead on your right hand side you will find Avenue de la Jonction / Verbindingslaan.
Trams 91 and 92 arrive very frequently and depending on the hour, they take 10 to 20 minutes to go from Stephanie to Darwin.
- Walk into that street to the end, where you will find a T-crossing with the Avenue Albert.
- Turn left to find nr. 126 on your left hand side after about 100 metres. it is a 10-15 minute walk from Darwin.
Total travel time 20-25 minutes.
