Bundespatentgericht Munich confirms validity German part VHK-patent for room-based, heating & ventilation unit

In the nullity suit of Zehnder Verkaufs- und Verwaltungs AG versus VHK SP BV concerning the German part of the VHK Patent EP 0 783 655 (“Room atmosphere
conditioning unit for a heating, cooling and ventilating system”), the German Patent Court in Munich determined the Patent to be legally valid on all major claims.

The website www.energielabel.nl is now fully operational. It is aimed to be a central site where consumers, distributors and manufacturers can find specifications and subsidy information of appliances with an energy label.
